STEP 1: Log in to your Coinbase account
 

STEP 2: Select  the Profile icon on the top right corner and click on settings.

STEP 3: In the Header column select the API.

STEP 4: Click on ‘New API Key’.

STEP 5: Enter the two step verification code provided by SMS to your phone.
 

STEP 6: Accounts- Select All.
 

STEP 7: Choose the permissions that you would like to grant through your new API key.
 

STEP 8: After give Permissions for all -click on create.
 

STEP 9: Copy both the API and Secret Keys and paste them in the Binocs Application.
 

STEP 10: Store the keys in a separate file that you can refer to in case you need them again.

How to connect Coinbase to Binocs via CSV?
 

Before uploading it to Binocs, you must first download a CSV file from Coinbase containing your complete trade history.
 

Important points to keep in my mind before you upload your transaction CSVs:
 

• Please upload all CSVs for current and past years.
• Only upload Coinbase CSVs for this exchange.     
• Please ensure that for incremental transactions, data is added only after the last transaction date and with the same account label.

How to download and export your transaction history CSV file from Coinbase?

STEP 1: Log in to your Coinbase account.
 

STEP 2: Click on  your profile in the top right corner and select Manage your profile.

STEP 3: Click on the statements from the top left side corner.

STEP 4: Select - asset type, transaction type and Date should be all.
 

STEP 5: Select the option for CSV.
 

STEP 6: Click on ‘Generate’

STEP 7: Transaction report will generate and get downloaded to your system.
